Rowdy asked me to wake him up a little early he wanted to go work on an extra curricular recycling project with a buddy at school this morning. So he got all ready by himself made breakfast himself and read us the scriptures while I got his lunch stuff ready. Then he rode his bike to school to work on his project! I'm so thankful over and over that He's such a trustworthy boy. He does have his moments of weakness, but He is such a good kid. & because he is obedient and careful it opens the doors for us to be able to trust him more. I'm sure that's how Heavenly Father feels about us.
Then Ezra is like the sweetest funniest kindergartner. I can't believe this year is almost over. I rode him down to school on our bikes, which he is passionate about. (He says he does not like walking!) And he made it up the big hill without even stopping. I thought,"yep he got it, just in time for first grade." Then I had a moment watching him pedal away. He must've know. He didn't look back but he yelled ,"I love you Mom!" aww my sweet cuddly innocent boy. I can't believe how fast time is flying by. Ezra has a way of making people feel loved just right when they need it. His funny thing he does right now is, "First present," (he kisses me, he pulls my face down) "second present" (hug. he reaches my waist with his arms, or I'm squatting down) "third present" (then he kisses and hugs me at the same time). Melts my heart and makes me giggle. The other day everyone chowed down dinner and went to play on the trampoline. Ive been trying to get people to stay at the table so I can rest my feet after the dinner rush and we can talk more. Ezra just stayed and talked to me about his day. It was so cute, and I needed it right then.
Elliot is turning a corner, being so much nicer to people. Especially her brothers. Ezra and her have been such good friends lately and it is making our home so much happier. I think he is starting to give her a little more time and consideration. She is with Ollie and I all day occasionally other friends. and when the boys come home she just wants their attention and if they don't give it to her sometimes she can be disruptive to whatever they are doing. She does have a sweet heart though. Everybody needs to feel loved by their peers. She likes to pretend she is a cat or a horse and we are the "pet Owners" She loves trying to help take care of Ollie, although sometimes she is a little rough. She still adores her Daddy, so I am always feeling the love when she picks me, or doesn't throw a fit about not doing Dad stuff, or sitting right next to him.
Ollie's birthday is this week. What a gem of a kid. He is so adorable. He makes the best faces and is so cute to everyone. He is starting to sign and talk and babbles all the time. My favorite are his kisses because I think he saves them to really show love. He doesn't kiss just anyone. So when he kisses us its really special. He was falling asleep on my chest one night, i had him in my room so he didn't wake up Elliot & Paisley. He was almost asleep and he popped his head up crawled up to my face kisses me twice and laid right back down. IT was the best. Then yesterday He hadn't seen Cody for a while and we discovered he was awake in bed and Ollie went to him and just hugged him so hard. It was so so so sweet. He knows a lot more than he can say. I am so glad he is in our family.
I'm so glad they are all in our family. It's crazy around here A LOT. but I know "I'm gonna miss this." This is a special time of my life. We have a lot of meltdowns and disagreements but we also have a lot of victories and teaching moments and life lessons. What a wonderful group of people to be growing with.

letter 4/28/15
So Good to hear from you tonight!! I'll write a better letter soon. But we had to represent tonight (even though our team was a lil embarassing ☺️)
Love you! Have a great week,
Celeste
Elder Bowler!!
It's so good hearing from you this week.
your good energy is contagious here too! You are making me happy! And
that's such a good reminder to be happy around other people. Sometimes I
get a little too comfy in my zone of people but I need to be more
friendly and put myself out there. We are revisiting our family mission
plan this week. That cheesecake Atheist guy feels the spirit around you!
He just doesn't know it what it is!! :) that's so awesome and
it's so cool the members are getting you teaching appointments. It is
so good to be busy with the work! Have you ever been so good tired in
your life?!! The spirit sucks it out of ya ;)
Things
are good here. Cody has never gotten called back to Tulsa or any place
wierd! Our prayers have definitely been answered there. The kids are
good. Rowdy was over the moon he got to see the national team play
Mexico (I think Cody was too) he wants to play soccer all the time but
he's only played 3 games and the seasons almost over! Just because of
weather or soggy fields. Texans are a little overprotective of their
grass. Ezra is hilarious... All the time. His school was having a super
hero fundraiser. He wanted to dress up like a ninja turtle (of course I
had just given his old green jeans to the thrift store ) and he would
not accept that a ninja turtle would be wearing jeans so he comes out
wearing some of Elliot's green leggings. "Mom! These are soooo
comfortable!" Just don't make it a habit buddy! He totally
ended up winning a very informal costume contest & a free large
pizza. He was the happiest kid on the planet. Elliot is being super nice
to everyone. She loves her cowgirl boots she has some pink n brown ones
that are on their last leg. Cody found some pink & white ones and
now her favorite thing she is very animate about wearing one of each. we call them her chocolate & vanilla boots. Ollie is so
smart copying everyone and learning words here n there. Sign language
and a few word words. My favorite is when he tries to chirp when he
hears the birds outside of our window (we have a nest of swallows) he
hasn't been feeling good the past few days but hopefully
his lil body is getting it figured out.
Ok friend. Super good
to hear from you! Love you and are praying for your success. Thanks for
the letters. I know Heavenly Father is answering our prayers. We
watched the widow of Nain(one of the bible videos) watch it when you can
it looks like Christ is walking with a purpose into the city. He
arrives right as this widow is going to bury her only son. Christ
blesses him & he rises from the dead. Then she bears her testimony.
And Christ leaves. It was almost as if he came all the way there just
for her. It touched me because I know he will. For any of us. He is
there. Even though we may feel small or insignificant. He knows.
Love you Elder Bowler,
Keep up the happy!
Love,
Celeste

This week of April
This week was busy mama fun week. Last Friday Katie and the Anderson's came over and we had a slumber party on the trampoline. Elliot Ezra and Rocco made it the whole night. I think Rowdy was at Degan's Birthday party. Saturday we made pillows & I had crazy tummy pain, but hobbled to Ezra's game anyway. I felt bad we had guests but I was hurtin' Then felt much better on Sunday. I teach Rowdy's class. The seven turning eight year olds and I love it! I was so excited to teach them again the lesson went really well too. We all really felt the spirit. I love my calling right now. Everyone is so sweet with Ollie at church too. He is such a good kid (except the kids did take a toy from him in Sacrament and he did scream bloody murder! a couple times (yikes!)
Monday, I was racing to get the kids to school. they rode their bikes, I came in because Ollie & Elliot were fussing at each other and was going to go help them get across the street but then it was too late. I later got a text from Kari saying Ezra had gotten honked at by a car. She was scared he was going to get hit! Thank goodness we prayed for safety that morning. I know father answered that prayer for us again and again, sometimes we take it for granted. That was a crazy wake up call.
Cody and I got to go to the temple on Tuesday while Elliot went to pre school and Ollie stayed w Martha Funk. It was so nice going w Cody. We even got to sit by each other. I felt like I needed to prepare and plan more and make Fhes more fun. The kids are growing up so fast and things are getting so busy around here, I feel like especially Rowdy who likes to do his own thing a lot need a little more one on one time before he starts resenting a Mom who relys on his help a lot. Then on the way to the temple we got a call from Tad who had tickets from a buddy on the national soccer team. So Cody and Rowdy got to go down to San Antonio with Grayson and the Bobby & Tiffany Bowlers and watch the US team play and meet a bunch of the,m too. Rowdy was over the moon... and Cody too :)
The kids and I had a great time here but I couldn't tell you what we did. I think sometimes the three older kids but heads probably because there is three of them so someone gets feeling left out. Oh yes we ended up going to the Angels v Rangers baseball game in Arlington on Tuesday. It was so lovely. we met the Byrds and Tad and Amelia Bowlers there. The kids were so good. Even Ollie sat and watched. Elliot ate and ate and ate and her and Ezra let me explain the game to them a little. I felt all grown up taking them out at night all by myself. I loved it! One of my favorite parts was after we started heading off to the parking lot, the kids and I heard the song!! so we ran back to sing the seventh inning stretch. and the walk to and from the parking lot being goofy with Ezra and Elliot was so fun. They were great.
I am having a spiritual revival. after conference there were so many talks about casual worship and i realized that is what I am doing.. eww. and i listened to an inspired girl about making goals and choosing the better part. So I was feeling it this week. I am trying ot listen to the spirit better and leave some ponder time and wake up earlier to read my scriptures and ponder. I have already had some neat experiences with it. It feels good.
Thursday Rowdy had a play thing at school he came back from San Antonio with few hours to spare before his performance. He had a bunch of lines. He did great. and Cody was able to see him too. and he asked me to walk home with him, while Cody drove home. Which was very out of the ordinary but I loved that he asked me so he Elliot and I walked home from school together and I loved it.
Friday was the Boosterthon fun run for the kids. They ere over the moon to call Papa and Yaya for a donation. They both ended up running a ton. I think Rowdy ran 57 and they changed the location on me so I didn't see him, but Ezra was very entertaining to watch. 38 laps for him.
Friday we also met up with our preschool people fro a trip to Henrietta Creek orchard. It was so fun. The lady ended up not being there but i thought that was even better so we cruised around with our little friends and got to See the inside of a beehive the lady had hooked up in her pre school area. It was pretty cool. Its not apple season though but it was lovely to be outside.... except for the ants. Elliot and I had a great time. I think Ollie did to but he was being a lil trooper in the stroller. HE is such a good kid.
Cousin Kellie came over for a play day after school. Then we went and grabbed the Anderson kiddos so Katie and Locke could go to the temple. It is eminent that they are moving so I am wanting to be near them every spare moment I have. The boys games were cancelled on Sat so we went to magic Mountian and took Katie and Carys and left Ollie with Letti. We had a super fun day. week. etc. Time is flying by Ive got to get some info on these sweet babies of mine logged in here before they are all growed up and sassy pants :)

letter update 2/24/2015
Hope you had a good week! It's good to see pics of you smiling! I just finished studying my Book of Mormon for the morning! & I was thinking about how you are already blessing our family. Everyone is a buzz about reading it even the little boys & even Cody (the big boys :) isn't it so awesome the power that comes from it?! Ezra does his best to read it too and his reading skills have improved exponentially because of it! There is more peace in our home as well! Anyway I remember feeling addicted to it :) & I'm starting to feel it again. Because it helps you REMEMBER Gods love. So in a way it's like nibbling the fruit in Lehi's dream. We don't have school today because of an ice storm! It's nice. I'll try & send a video of Ollie eating snow. Cool you got to golf! Love your comp! Keep up the good work! Love you!! Aunt Celeste
3/10/15
We just read your letter,...and saw you pic (obviously) so glad
things are going better! And we just sent you a letter in the mail! Keep
up the good work!!
Love you!!!

One loved little bro
Ollie is a lucky little guy to have such doting fans. He knows who the littles are and sometimes batts their faces with a warning smack. Or if hes in his high chair he puffs out his chest like a gorilla and gives a warning grunt. Sometimes we have a little too much love from Sister Bear. but most of the time she is just so eager to help and make him laugh and snuggle him and hug him and squeeze him and never let go :)

Halloween 2014
Her majesty and her royal guards.
During this month we have had a couple people in our lives who are allergic to things and Elliot tell us she is allergic to anything she doesn't like. So in the midst of havin gher try on and off costume stuff.. "I am Allergic to England!!"
We took Paisley and Cole to the ward trunk or treat with us. Cody got to be home. On Halloween actual we did our soup in the garage with a bonfire after

"In Suuuuummmaaaaa!!!" -Olaf
Its our last Friday of Summer Break! Its gone by so fast! and all my hopes of getting some good record keeping done for mah childrens' rapidly changing lives this summer have melted away. So tonight I decided I'm just going to start where I'm at. And that is where I find myself. The last weekend of Summer break 2014.
We just went to Rowdy's back to school night. It was different because this is our first new teacher in 2 years. Rowdy moved up with Mrs. Mechell and she has been so warm and fuzzy and wonderful. So I'm sure Rowdy's 2 new teachers will be also but Mrs. Mechell has definitely grown on us. I think Rowdy's in for a surprise going back too! He could hardly remember how to spell tonight filling in his new student questionnaire :) He has been going to Robotics camp this week. We thought it would be a fun birthday gift. He has liked it. Today they had tournaments with their robots. We were so proud of Rowdy for signing up for all 3 just for fun. There was a fighting, racing and soccer tournament. It was great to watch. We are talking him into skipping the last day of clean up and free time and watching Wall-E because Cody is home and its get a friend in free at Six Flags so we are going to take our littles Ezra and Elliot too because they haven't been yet. Ezra said in his prayer tonight. "I'm so thankful I get to go to Six Flags for my first time tomorrow. Please bless us to have a really really really really really fun time tomorrow and please bless there to be series 3 Mixels there...amen" and speaking of prayers tonight at dinner Elliot said," Thanks for the food, please don't let us DIE here...amen" and she did it in her crazy growly voice. She has been cracking us up. Then she gets a little embarrassed when we laugh and then warms up to the idea and she'll laugh too.
Its been a crazy week for Cody's work they keep forcing him back to LA as an engineer then releasing him then forcing him back. So he's been a bit stressed and finally he got travel time extended so he doesn't have to go out there but then he can't be working out here. Its been a blessing though to be able to spend time together. and we are on a tighter budget so its fun finding inexpensive things to do and playing games at home and eating better at home anyway. and of course praying our hearts out we wouldn't be split up again. All good reminders. We also got to go to the temple together with Cody's mom yesterday and it was really nice. More good reminders. and hes hot with his beard and his 13 gray hairs in it.
Ollie is doing really good. He is such a happy baby. All you have to do is look into his eyes and he will smile at you. He waits his turn to talk too. If you ask him a question he will start cooing and babbling at he appropriate time. He is a flirt. He has a dimple in his left cheek. He sleeps most of the night he usually wakes up around 5. Then goes back to bed. He is starting to reach out and try and figuire out his hands. He is sprouting too! He looks so big! and all the sudden we have another brand new aby Bowler in our family. Tessa who is 2 weeks old! So of course Ollie looks like a gigantor compared to her. People keep forgetting he still can't hold his head up for very long! One of my nieces was thinking about putting him on her shoulders! He just looks so sturdy and big like he should be able to do it! :) Oh but I am so thankful for all the family around to help with him. They have helped me keep my sanity for sure, and be able to do fun summer stuff with my other 3. Ollie has been so adorable around Tessa. The first couple times they have met it was pretty much undeniable they knew each other. You could feel it. Ollie was talking to her and so excited. Undeniable there is a pre-existence. Its been a pretty exciting couple of weeks for our Big Bowler family. Very cool to have these sweet new little people in our family.
Elliot has been my little helper buddy. She has been loving cooking, doing kitchen stuff, writing "Instructions", reading with me, taking care of "Baby Ollie" (They sleep in the same room) sending messages on my phone and she found an old phone of mine and we charged it up and loves to take pictures with that too. and antagonizing Ezra, although this past week things have started to simmer down... I think its because Dad is home. She gets dressed all by herself, loves to get into my makeup and hair drawers, and gets pretty ticked if you ask her to put on something that, "Is not Beautiful!" She still has the loudest voice! and if a brother is bugging she screeeeeams! but shes is learning and those times are becoming less and less. I will insert a random plug here that we all get along so much better when we have time to read the scriptures at breakfast. She also loves to get on my phone and say she''s "reading the scriptures" Which is usually the fourth article of faith. and then as soon as shes done with that will sneak away and play a game :) She tells the craziest funny stories, like they really happened to her. The other day she was telling me about her three friends, "Diamonds (that is her name) Natty and someone else that she met in California and had these elaborate experiences with. Ezra says now, if he doesn't believe her, "Your just tellin' me stories." Elliot is really fun to be around. She can't get a break from me. I teach her sunbeam class and am going to do a co-op this year with her. But I love it. She is fun to be around.
Ezra, has discovered another toy obsession. He sits at a little garage sale desk most of the day and makes Mixels, a new little Lego toy. He follows instructions or makes his own. and loves it and when he are away he just wants to come home and build them some more. He gets started talking about them and he is like one of the computer guys so caught up in his own jargon no one even knows whats going on. he loves to tell everyone about them. Anyway I'm glad he is enjoying them, and I'm also glad when I can pry him away from them. He started soccer on Tuesday, as well as Rowdy. They are on 2 different teams but luckily at the same field at the same time! Yay!! We have been swimming quite a bit too. and he's doing really good. We still have to keep a close eye on him but he will come up for air and everything. He has been really jolly this summer. Just really happy. and all of the sudden he is 5!! He is drawing awesome too. He is smart enough to do Kindergarten this year but I think he needs one more year to just be a kid. He is so sweet with Ollie, and also Paravel. He adores them. It melts my heart. He still has a contagious laugh too, that comes out often when he is helping or playing with Ollie. He says Ollie so funny too. I should get it on tape. He throws his tongue back in his throat when he says it. He also does a great impression of Goofy, but will get shy when we ask him to do it. He still has baby soft skin and fine hair. & his hugs melt my heart.
Rowdy is into Pokemon right now & I already talked about the other stuff that has been going on with him. but he is a really great helper and sweet brother. He is a really good boy. Thankfully his "teenage attitude" he had going on this summer simmered down and he feels like my little boy again.
We had to take our trampoline down because of insurance. That's been an adjustment. We have been trying to swim a bunch too and just soak up the summer before its back to school!

This past week in California he started waking up to the world a little more. On our drive home from California in New Mexico he was super happy. We asked him to smile for a Nan birthday picture.

My Bun-Bun
We have a book called Bun Bun the middle one. And its pretty much Ezra.
He takes his time and does things right.
Sometimes he gets in a muddle.
But he plays hard, has a contagious laugh, & great huggle (half hug half snuggle)
He is an awesome drawer. He likes to draw with his fist though
Is a tender and loving brother (and son)
Always got a song!
Crazy good/scary how fast he memorizes songs!
(This was karaoke at the Stamps home)
Loooooves spaghetti
These 2 are best friends and worst enemies
He's a gem

Hi Little Guy
Had a sonogram today to check the baby's weight. Its April 17th I am "Due" May 17th but hes is already 7.14. Dr. Wai thinks he will probably come a little early.
Aww. I love this picture. I think he's going to have Cody's eyelashes
I wasn't feeling too hot after my Dr.'s appointment. Need to get things a little more in order I guess. I had my littles at preschool and a friend's house and so it was just Cody and I... finally :) we got to spend a good hour together then he got called in ;) better than nothing.
It was Chloe's birthday dinner. I was debating because I wasn't feeling very good, but I'm glad we went.
Small Med and Extra Large :)
Due: Syd- September, Iya- August, me- May? maybe April? :)
Ezra and Elliot spent the night at Nan's house so Rowdy and I had a mini date.
He is a read-aholic these days though. He read most of our ride in the car. He has found a Tree House series he really likes and is trying to finish the series before school gets out for summer. He goes to the school library at least every other day to get 2 new books :)
He also had a fundraiser run today and ran almost 3 miles! for the fundraiser he just wanted the prizes so I told him I'd give him 5 bucks to either put toward the boosterthon (we had already pledged a very decent amount of $) or he could take it to the dollar store and buy some of his own prizes. So he chose the latter. and It melted my heart he spent half of it on Ezra and Elliot. He is a sweet big brother. But really all 3 of these kids are so sweet to each other (most of the time :). It makes my heart happy. He is loving the story of Captain Moroni and so we read in bed together and he actually came up with a really beautiful principle from the story.
I was recently reminded from Conference about the power of the Book of Mormon so I've tried to be better at helping my kids understand it and there is a noticeable difference in the feeling of our home the days we get to really read together. Its like magic :)

Gender Reveal
I had a sonogram scheduled the morning of ST. Patrick's day. Cody and Ezra and Elliot came. On the way there Cody couldn't handle the suspense any more so we decided to find out. It was sweet and intimate to find out in the sonogram room with our 2 littles. We were definitely surprised.3 to 1 Elliot!
I had a feeling it might be a boy because I couldn't think of any boy names :)
The sonogram tech did say he was a wiggle worm!
We went to a cute little pizza place in Southlake Town center to celebrate.
We came home threw together the leprechaun scavenger hunt. I think the kids liked it. I sent the Byrds and Cody out while I worked on neighborhood petition stuff. I just saw them when they came home and we added an extra little surprise for Rowdy to read to everyone basically.. "oh what joy we are having a baby boy" and he got to hand out almond joys. He was wanting a girl named Isabelle but that instantly melted into joy when he found out about his baby brother.
---Insert Rowdy reveal video--
This day was super busy we had scheduled to walk the neighborhood with flyers and Letti called and asked if we could help w a scavenger hunt, and we ended up having everyone over for dinner (I didn't cook thankfully). I had a little bit of a headache from going going all day, but it ended up being magical.
At the end of the day we had a bonfire and visited with family, but my favorite was when everyone left and it was just our little family of five. We were all joking and laughing around the fire and the kids were participating in our conversation and we just had a sweet little family time.We did giggle about names we shouldn't call our baby brother. Elliot wanted to name him Snake Skin Bowler.. (Im sure insprired by all the Monster Truck talk around her brothers :)
Anyway it was just a sweet little reward of a mom moment seeing these independent beautiful little people finding their personalities. Excited to meet another little boy.
